Ok this makes sense then, looking at that site. Apparently, when Famitsu first mentioned the game, they called it Lunar: Legend of the Silver Star--sounds like a small confusion between the original TSS and the Lunar: Legend title, is all. "■タイトルはル ...

Sorry I missed your IM yesterday; did you manage to find anything?

I'm stopping by the World Bank infoshop in a bit after breakfast to see if they can't help... KF

Re: Title(s)

I was just informed that the full title of the game in Japanese is "Lunar: Legend of the Silver Star." I dunno about you, but I personally find this title better than just plain "Legend." Any thoughts? Informed by whom? That title never came up in the game itself. EDIT: This is directed at Alun, to...

I found what it was... It's a cookie issue.

The only way to get around it (at least for me) is to clear your cookies before accessing the site--or set them to automatically delete after you close your browser (you can do that on Firefox, I dunno about IE). You have to do that each time, though. KF

I've already tried the municipal Lima government site. UNDP, World Bank, and all the English sites turned up little to nothing long while back. INEI and other Peruvian government sites have some data, but not the time bracket I need. ...I've been searching for weeks now, so most of the usual source ...

Yes but don't forget, I'm mean. Very mean. Like forget-to-put-the-toilet-seat-down kind of mean. Yeah.... Anyway, to the point. I said the info you had was inaccurate since the new game isn't another port of Silver Star, but a new installation in the Lunar series. I wouldn't take it personally; I wa...

Thanks, but no help yet. Only 4-5 selected years is no good. I'm running some regression analyses and I need at least 10 more observations than what I have (I already have between 1991 and 2004, but that's not enough). Plus that, I need to calculate annual changes each year and migration rates, for ...

I'm getting desperate here....

I've been working on analyzing a lot of data lately, and there's one set of statistics that, if I had, I could complete the analyses and regressions I'm running. The set is something simple that I thought would be easy to find, but it's getting real hard... What I need is population data for Lima, P...

Tsk, you can actually prove this only in the original EB. But that's the legitimate EB storyline anyhow. Anyway, when you're trapped in Pentagulia, when Mystere first makes his appearance, he goes along with you until you get the last character. Well, before you step in to retrieve your last party m...

Hehe. That wouldn't have occurred to me, to look for Ghaleon. It's the people of Takkar who talk about Leo, right? I remember in the remake that's where you get Mystere's Bromide, along with reports of a rather clumsy Zorro-type defender of justice. ^_^ ...I don't have to go into my proof again of ...

3000 years doesn't seem that short of a time for me. Our records of human civilization only goes back a few thousand year, right? Scarlet Sun doesn't come off as well in Japanese as the other titles, except Shattered Dawn. But, that's just my opinion. It's not a huge deal. KF
