Anyone put their soundtrack in iTunes yet?

Post by Final Night »

All the text (except a scant few exceptions) is in Japanese. In some ways I think it's cool, but not so much for ripping to my iPod, haha. Anyone have the English track list?

Not yet, but only because I'm using Ubuntu until tomorrow (had been using the RC of Win7, which sorta expired yesterday... new Win7 comes in tomorrow).

3. Story Time with Mom and Dad
4. WINGS 2009
5. Gentle Light of the Blue Star
6. Burg - A Quiet Village to the North
7. Going for a Midday Stroll
8. Entrusted Hope of the Dragons
9. Soft Tones on the Sea Breeze
10. Nocturne of the Wind 2009
11. Meribia - The City of Freedom
12. Vane - The Magic City
13. Reverie in the Brilliant Light
14. Reza - Home of the Infamous Thieves' Bazaar
15. Joyous Days Among Friends
16. A Boy Undeterred by the Unknown
17. Darkened Ideas
18. Deep Cave - The Dragon Trial
19. Imminent Danger
20. A Brief Repose
21. Evil Machinations
22. Go! Go! Magic Masher!
23. Roar of the Earth
24. Breakthrough - Turning the Tide of Battle
25. Victory!
26. Pierce the Skies
27. The Towering Grindery
28. Protecting That Which is Most Dear
29. A Return to Legend
30. A Melody from Days of Old
31. As Adventure Beckons Us On
32. Going for a Midday Stroll (Piano Solo)
33. Soft Tones on the Sea Breeze (Piano Solo)
34. As Adventure Beckons Us On (Piano Solo)

I see track 16 has had a name change, as probably most of the others had as well. Unless someone had translated them wrong originally. I'm referring to the title listing I saw on YouTube for the soundtrack.

Thanks, Lyriel! Out of curiosity where did you pull the track names from?

EDIT: 'doh! I didn't even realize that the CD had a small little booklet. I figured it as just a front and back slip with the artwork. Thanks for tolerating my ignorance! haha

Speaking of which, is there a lyric listing in the CD booklet? I haven't actually opened the CD yet, just listened to the tracks online. So far I've got these written down as what I've heard:
Wings 2009 wrote:Far away, far away,
Beyond the bounds where light fades from day,
Bestride white wings forgotten
By the winds of time.

Surely our paths shall cross one day soon,
As the future beckons to us with cheerful tidings
And open arms.

So now our journey begins,
Bound for a new world filled with magic.
Deep within our memories
Lies the door of legends open to us.

Far beyond billowing clouds,
Over the ridge of snow-covered alps,
Hearts are filled with elation
Where rays of hope shine down.

Though at times we may stumble and fall,
With courage to stand we rise once again
And march ever onward.

So now our journey begins,
Bound for a world where adventure awaits
And endless dreams always lie
Beneath its vast and wondrous azure sky.

So now our journey begins,
Bound for a new world filled with magic.
Deep within our memories
Lies the door of legends open to us.
Nocturne of the Wind 2009 wrote:Casting off from an unknown land,
Sailing out across the foam,
The gently blowing winds pass behind my open ears,
Whispering that they can hear.

Please! Won't you tell me what you know?
Is it everyone or just me
Who lives with worry tucked away,
Deep beneath the layers of their heart?

What's it like to truly love someone for sure
And to gain their undying love in return?
How often I wonder what that's like.
Is it really something which I am sure to find?

Basking in the Blue Star's gentle light
As it fills the darkened void
A simple melody forgotten in my childhood
Passes softly from my lips.

Why does such disquiet fill my soul?
My inner thoughts stray aloud
As line after line of verse trails
Out across the turbulent deep.

What's it like to truly love someone for sure
And to gain their undying love in return?
How often I wonder what that's like
Because I just don't know.

These new feelings welling from deep within,
How I want so much just to cherish them.
Could it be that fate is playing me, teasing me ... ?

... Yet it's just the wind.
I already had someone check/correct Wings, so I'm pretty sure that's all right, but there're two things I'm not sure of in Nocturne of the Wind (the part that says "stray aloud" or possibly repeats the "trail out" from a line or so later and the "these were" toward the very end).

Sweet, I wanted the lyrics. XD I'll have to print that out if you don't mind.

Edit: And yeah I did put mine on my ipod already. Lol, one of the first things I ran to do. And I think this will be what I'll be listening to for quite a while. XD

Fine by me, though as I said, in those two spots I'm uncertain on, I'm sure someone will come along and point out a really obvious alternative that I somehow screwed up. In fact, I already made one change of "trail out" -> "stray aloud" since the idea of the redundancy there just seemed really wrong to me. XD

Jess from XSEED had said that they planned to list the lyrics on the official page, or Facebook a while back.

Interestingly enough, I popped the soundtrack cd into my PS3 and tried to obtain the cd information and there were 6 listings. All of them were listed as "Lunar Harmony of Silver Star Limited Sound Tracks" except the first which was listed as "Lunar Harmony of Silver Star Limited Sound Trucks" lol. Three out of the six listings have Track 6 as "Tsu-ba-sa 2009" and the other three list it as "Tu-ba-Sa 2009"....

That's funny about the "Sound Trucks."

When I put mine it listened the boat song as "Tsu-ba-sa 2009" followed by the Japanese characters. Weird.
