I saw sort of the same thing happen with enthusiasts and Marvel vs Capcom 2. Xbox and PS3 owners selling their consoles/accounts because they had that game. It's the sort of thing that happens though. There's a market for it when you can't get something anymore.

Oh yeah. I still love DDR, but (a) I can't play it in my apartment, so I haven't had much practice outside of arcade machines in the last decade, and (b) Pump it Up has effectively replaced it in most of the arcade market.

Once I quit caring how I looked while playing, it became worlds more fun. KF

It just keeps getting worse. Konami blocked Hideo Kojima from attending the 2015 Game Awards. The crowds rightfully booed at this news.
