Would you use your chap-stick after someone borrowed it?

Post by Rimmie »

My sister accidentally used my chap-stick because I left it at her house. She confused it for hers. I don't really want it now, even though she brought it back, but I thought it would be funny to make a poll, nonetheless.

Yeah, I wouldn't care about a sister. I would probably care if it were a stranger.

Yea, I'm actually anti-chapstick. But I wouldn't go passin' it around for the community. But I do have some Scooby Doo chapstick, but that's not even open, so I won't share that one.

Since usually the only other person using my chapstick is my husband, I can't say I'm overly worried about it. If it really bothers you you could dip it in rubbing alcohol and wipe it off, I suppose; that's what they do with lipstick testers at department store cosmetics counters.

And likewise, I wouldn't be bothered about my sister; we've used the same lipstick/gloss before, after all. Ditto with my mom and a couple of my friends.

Depends. Friends and family, I would use it after them, complete strangers or lesser known people, no, I wouldn't.

Of course, that what I would do, seeing as I don't use chapstick... ever... it's all good. :)

Y'know... if someone borrowed my chapstick and used it in an unusual fashion, especially in regards to an different place on their anatomy, I would probably NOT reuse said chapstick.

Coming from any family member or friend i wouldn't care at all. Someone i don't know, i would never use without cleaning.
