I like it.
I can totally imagine a new type of Metroid series going well with this though. It's a little too calm for the classic games or the prime games.
It sounds like something in between the two. I hated the music in every prime game I played (1, 2 and Hunters) because it sounded nothing like Metroid.
This music reminds me of FEZ, so I'm just imagining a Metroid game that is a bit like that game.
Is it just me though or does this have crackling sounds?
