A co-worker of mind asked me to paint a picture of a recently married couple. The groom is his buddy and he liked my work so I painted it. This is what I spent the majority of my vacation doing that wasn't videogames.
I'm planning to edit a video of me painting this for commentary on YouTube, once I can get Premiere Pro to stop crashing that is...

Wow, Nobi, that's really beautiful. I know I rag on you a lot for your preference for anime-style, but I really do like seeing your realistic art. I particularly love how the fabric came out, with the metallic embroidery, and the bride's face.
Is this a finalized work, or would you like critique? Though I realize you were working from a photo so quirks like shadows could well be because of unusual lighting.
But yeah, I think this is one of the most impressive things I've seen of yours. Good job.

I do consider this piece "finished" in that I'm not going to work on it anymore (and have delivered it to the person who asked for the painting), but I'm open to critiques that I can keep in mind for the next time.

I apologize for the delay in this video's creation, I had to format my computer and reinstall everything to get Premiere working properly again. In this piece I paint a picture based on a photograph of some newly weds. A co-worker approached me with this project and I was happy to accept the challenge.

That looks fantastic! The colors especially seem fitting - they pop but they don't stab the eyes, if that makes sense.
