He may be talking about the Windows liscense? I thought Paint came with all Windows as well. For 200 bucks you could track down an educational copy of Photoshop if you were in school.

For 200 bucks, you could get two Windows XP Home Editions.

Really? I thought it was more than that. I never bothered to get it. I was running Windows 98 until last April.

The only reason I switched was because I needed to get MS Visual Studio up and running to finish my projects class, and it required a newer version of Windows.

Edit - I take that back, I'm thinking of the Professional edition (that's the one that costed an arm and a leg). Home edition probably is 100 or so.

That's right G1. I don't know how much Professional costs, but I know it is a bit more expensive than home edition.

Sonic, I've got to say that is one HAWT sig! PSP and PSCS are unneccessary! MS Paint is the way to go!

I ... hid it. lol, I didn't want to leave it as my signature for too long. The utter genius of it was making me retch.
