Scarlett Johansson is releasing an album. Sounds like a horrible idea, right?

But the album is a bunch of Tom Waits covers, which is sorta awesome. And Nick Zinner, the guitarist in Yeah Yeah Yeahs, is playing on it, and he's sorta amazing. I'm actually looking forward to it! What's wrong with me?! Aaaaaargh!

How does that theory apply to Regina Spektor, im not sure how i feel about her.

As you can see from this extremely scientific chart, there are two factors that go into the consideration of buying a new album. One of these factors is conducive to buying an album while the other will lower the likelihood of buying an album. Therefore, if a singer is high in sounding like a mating cat, she will have to be at least as hot to counter that. Unfortunately, Scarlett, just isn't there.

(I got the premise for this from a CBS sitcom called How I Met Your Mother. On there though, it was a Hot/Crazy scale as it relates to ability to date. Also, they didn't label their axes)

Oh, these are just theoretical data based off the quality of her acting. I'll take empirical data when her album is released.
