Manboo internet cafes tend to offer the best rates that I've seen (300Y for the first hour for women, 400Y for each subsequent hour). Just in case you want to stop off at one to check in on stuff online.

This was often a subject of discussion while I was there. The best theory we got was that women are more likely to be doing something more simple like checking email or message boards, and if they're there for only one hour, they'll usually be in for less than one hour. Men, meanwhile, are more likely to be spending longer time (1-2 hours or more), are more likely to do things like play MMOs or online gaming, and are more likely to be using the other services there--like free drinks, free book browsing (there's a lot of books and manga there, too), free video game or DVD rentals (each of the stalls had a PS2 and TV in it), etc. If a girl's likely to use more services, they're likely to be staying there for more than 1 hour.

There's also the fact that more of the clientele is male. So it helps to give a price incentive to women. KF

I got back on like the 10th of July or something like that.
The days just all ran together and I slept for like days xD

it was sooooo much fun. :] I got my picture with BUDDAH! almost puked on the airplane, ate strange foods that were somewhat good, went shopping pretty much everyday, almost got lost in Muscle World O.O, and bought a link plushie. = amazing TRIP! I wanna go do it again! ^.^
