And I mean my baby, not the blue-haired one.

Blood clots are evil, horrible, nasty things. We lost her on tuesday because of one, just before 30 weeks (that's about 6.5 months).

This has been the worst week of my life. I don't really feel like going into detail at the moment, but let's just say it's something that no one ever deserves to go through.

Given what blood clots can do, I'm just thankful that my wife is okay.

Nothing I can say will make it better, and words can sometimes seem very empty and shallow. Just know that I feel for you. While I've never lost a child personally, I have seen it happen with parents in a delivery room.
