Both are great villains. It's hard to pick one, but I'd have to go with Ghaleon b/c I love an underdog! :wink:

And Ghaleon isn't the underdog! He's just not as mainstream. That's like saying...Radiohead is better than Muse just because they're more well known. Granted Radiohead is great, but Muse is obviouslly more talented. And that's hard for me to say because I LOVE Radiohead.

As for this whole debate here. I hate Final Fantasy VII myself. 'Cept for Aeris/Aerith of course. I like to use Eric's pantless knowledge to my advantage when I bash all the Sephie lovers at my work. It leaves them speechless with my true POWER!!

But all in all Ghaleon is by far the better villain. He's not just a villain, he's a punchin' puppet. YOU CAN'T TOP THAT!!

I'm beginning to wonder if Ghaleon will even get past round 1. After looking at the contest board, they had an early poll, and about 90% of them said Vergil would beat him, all because "they chose a stupid picture of Ghaleon" (his TSS intro picture ironically)

His TSS intro picture? I thought that pic was from the last scene, right before he transforms into the blue monster. It's the only time you see him in the armor but not the helmet.

I was hoping they'd use the Eternal Blue version of him. Right when we first saw him in the Mystic Ruins. That would have been some cool stuff.

It may just be me, but that's one of my favorite pics of Ghaleon. ^^; And actually, I think that image was culled from my site, which makes me quite tickled.

It's probably better they use something from the newer games (just to sway the people who don't care either way about Vergil and Ghaleon), but that's not a bad pic of him otherwise.
