For those of you who love hamburgers, you might want to try Burger King's Veggie burger. 1/4 of the fat and no meat. I'm a Vegatarian so it is a great alternative. And yes, it tastes good.

I have a lot of advice for dieting but I'm too busy at the moment to get into it. The best advice I can give is to be active after you eat. Don't sit around. Take a walk right after. And don't eat before you go to bed. Huge mistake.

I'm eating 2 eggs for breakfast every morning with a cup of coffee. Is that too much or too little? Or just right?

Coffee is not so good for dieting, actually. Can never go wrong with eggs though!

I've never heard that coffee is bad for a diet, but I still might recommend exchanging it for a glass of orange juice. Yeah, it's higher in sugar, but like Kizyr said, it's important to get vitamins/minerals, and orange juice is a pretty good source. Also, the problem with eggs in the morning is that you're missing out on a good opportunity to get dietary fiber since oatmeal and other cereals are a really good source.

I rarely eat breakfast anymore, but when I did, I ate a lot of oatmeal. And when I was younger, I ate some hot cereal that was chocolate flavored. Cocoa Wheat or something like that. Yeah, I wouldn't recommend that one.

My friend is a vegetarian and he says he looovveess the BK veggie burger.

I always usually eat ice cream or pasta before I go to bed... Like, RIGHT before I go to bed. I know it's a huge mistake, but I have the metabolism of a cheetah so I'm pretty good. <_< I'm eating ice cream right now, and it's almost bed time! Wheee! Oh, and skittles before that.

Oh, me too. I have a weakness for bowls of ice cream while I read in bed. O_o Some bodies take well to it, but ... heh, I'm sure in 20 years if I try to do it I'll get a nice tire around my midriff.
