Alex Noah's seiyuu is listed as Shou Ishida...its Akira Ishida. I believe you got the translation wrong.
Also an expert on the Phantasy Star tetralogy, Ys, Star Ocean, Dirty Pair, and most things Universal Century Gundam

Yeah, I got the translation wrong. Names still trip me up; I don't think I'll ever get used to them.
