Tech Question of Eternal Blue Complete

Post by cxt217 »

Is it me, or did Working Designs hide some of the Playstation video format STR files containing several of the cutscenes? I ran a check of Disc 2, and so far, I can not find several of the FMV sequences, i.e. the last couple ones. Either they are hidden files, or they were saved in a video file format different from STR.

And yes, I found the scolding XA audio file, too.

Otherwise, I must be doing something wrong here.

Thanks,

C.T.

I beleive some of the last part of the game was on disc 1. I could be wrong on that, but I think I remember having to switch discs either at the start of the epilouge or when you enter the Star Dragon Tower. I can't remember which. Likely the last couple of movies are on disc 1.

You've combined an img string and a url string in an interesting way in your sig.

It needs to be

Actually, I've also had a problem with PsxMC crashing while ripping the movies. I can't even watch some of them fully in the preview tab without them crashing, and when I rip them I can often only rip up until a certain point (the same point every time, so it's not a random glitch; for example, the video of Jean giving her "once I tried to bury the past" speech cuts off at 51%). Annoying, since I plan to make AMVs when I've finished the game....
