Lunar Silver Star Story PC Soundtrack?

The Youtuber "liquidpolicenaut" did comparison videos of the Lunar 1 songs, and he showed the PC version in those videos. Does anyone have any idea where I can find the rest of those tracks in that quality?

I'm not sure about the quality he used, but the game itself had a MIDI soundtrack embedded in it (with one exception of a vocal track that was MP3), which we have up here:

Of course MIDIs being what they are, how it sounds depends on your computer. Though that's less of an issue now than it was back in the 90s/00s. KF
