In the video you say it's obviously a portrait glitch and that it should be Jessica, but based on the context of the conversation it seems that it's more likely a glitch regarding Mia being in the party or not. That definitely seems more like a mild mannered Mia line, rather than a Jessica line. Especially since it's about Lemia.

Yeah, I remember that one from the first time I played.
