...and it's the first time I'm hearing some chords from Eternal Blue. I think hearing more of the orchestral music ties the two better together than the music played in game even though it's primarily the same. There is just more music you don't hear unless you have the Japanese soundtrack, and if the game had the full orchestral pieces it would be even more amazing than it already is.

I also noticed some defects in the mastering, like small hiccups during one of the track medleys. I would love to have a remastered soundtrack.

Yes it is. Why don't you just buy a copy when it shows up on ebay like I did? I also let other people know that there was another one for sale from the same seller at the time.

What do you mean send it all to you? I ripped the cd to my computer, but you're going to lose sound quality when it's not directly heard off the cd even though I ripped it at the highest quality.

If you have the Sega CD game itself you could rip the tracks from the game, including all of the dialogue scenes. However, the OST is arranged differently and has things that aren't in the game.
