But cmon guys!! I agree with all of you I think, but wasnt Magic School also as different?
I knew what i was gonna get the moment i saw the first screenshots.

Now, if people had to pay like $40 when it came out... then i can imagine how unworthy it was.

Magic School was quite different, but it had only one problem (the high encounter rate). MSL still had great characterization, storyline, battle mechanics, etc. that made the game pretty fun otherwise--all those elements in DS were lackluster or made the game irritating.

The problem with DS isn't that it branched off in a different direction from the rest of the series, but that it branched off it totally the wrong direction... KF

Nah, I think the problem with DS wasn't even the direction it took. It was implementation. A lot of good ideas gone wrong or not far enough or just cancelling each other out. It could be remade into a decent game, but it'd take even more of a makeover than SSSC was.

And wasn't there nudity in MS?

Yup! But only in MS, which is a WS remake... so... if DS got a makeover, there would be room for nudity!
