Re: Same old boring stuff....

I've been stuck in a rut for quite some time now. I don't know what my problem is though. Maybe I am afraid of change and just can't admit it....I don't know. Every day it's the same thing. Wake up, go to work, come home and play games, then go to sleep. The weekend is pretty much a day of nothingne...

Re: School Shooting in Omaha

I meant did anyone know the shooter personally. Just curious if the shooter showed any signs of wanting to do this beforehand. In the link you posted, it mentions he was fun, outgoing, and liked to make jokes. He sounds like a nice, well-liked kid. Then, it mentions the Facebook posts.....was that e...

I hate to see stuff like this happen. Sorry to hear about your old teacher. It's always the good people that get hurt. Does anybody know the shooter?

Re: What Are You Currently Playing?

Congratulations! I had a similar situation with Valkyrie Profile. It made beating the game feel like a MUCH greater reward.

Anyways... I just beat Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and I'm now going to put more time into Hexyz Force.

Re: New Year Resolutions; post them here!

Save money. 2010 was really bad for me with my $1200 HDTV dying on me and throwing away money to fix stuff on my car only to have it die on me anyway....forcing me to buy another car. 2011 better be a better year for me financially.

Re: Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas and happy birthday!! It sounds like everyone is having a great day! :D We kept things small this year and didn't spend a lot on anybody. I pretty much sat around and played games with my family all day....always a ton of fun. Then, I passed out due to too much food consumption. When ...

Re: DS Recommendations

i was considering the new golden sun game. (has anyone played that?) If you like the old Golden Sun games, you'll like the new one. Like you said, it's simple fun. Much more Djinni than before and many can be missed without a guide, but that's not really a problem unless you want to collect everyth...

Re: Christmas shopping

I just finished today. I don't have too many people to buy for, but my sister got married a few months ago and I completely forgot about my brother-in-law. Thankfully, Amazon has quick shipping on their gift cards.

Very nice! The Japanese suit reminds my of the Gantz suits as well. Imagine a future where battles are actually fought in these things.

I heard Southern PA got some, but nothing up here in the Northeast. We've been pretty lucky with snow so far this season.

Both Ys 7 and Oath in Felghana are fantastic! I highly recommend both of them. Ys 1 and 2 Chronicles comes out early next year too.

Yikes. I don't know what to pick. My PSP got the biggest work out this year with MGS, KH, Ys, and Lunar. Should I pick Lunar just because it's my favorite series?

TheFallingStar wrote:I believe you can also read Kindle books on PC/Mac

They provide a PC/Mac application to read books you buy from Kindle store. The application is free.

You just need an amazon account.

I purchased it regardless, but still good to know I'll be able to read it. Thanks.

That video was so effin' badass. Never knew a place like this existed. I've gone to the Renaissance Faire here in PA a couple of times, but your fights are more intense and realistic. I must check this place out sometime.
