Re: Lufia Curse of the Sinistrals

Not sure, I'd have to actually try and find out for you. But yeah, that would be WAY too cheesy. As I said before, I'd rather go earn the levels myself than use a cheap shortcut like that. Anyway, just got to Gades for the THIRD time. Yes, you have to fight him one more time before the marriage of M...

Re: Lufia Curse of the Sinistrals

The dialogue is still top notch, character interactions are as comical as they were in the original. The combat system is more real time, and instead of running into visible enemies, they appear on the screen and you have to fight them. A lot different from the original system, but it works out quit...

Lufia Curse of the Sinistrals

Man, it's been too long since I posted here, but here we go. When I turned on the game and watched as the intro began, I was horrified. They start OUT with Doom Island hovering above the earth, with the never-subtle Gades proclaiming the end of the world as humanity knows it, which all the heroes he...

Re: How far along is everyone?

Just got Nash and Mia in the party again after saving Vane from the giant lobster with a shell as hard as steel, or was it a giant zombie that dripped pus from its arms? Hee hee hee, that guy on Black Rose Street is such a nitwit, love it. Still playing, even if it takes time. Love character interac...

Was it done by the same team who created Dragon Song? Hee hee hee, nah, this game would've been better. Loved it, immensely.

Re: Lunar SSH Official North American site is live!

Ooh, very nice. Kinda iffy myself on Luna, Nall, and Nash, though I like the rest just fine. XSEED usually has decent VA talent, and this is definitely no exception. Can't wait for the game to come out, it's the reason I got a PSP in the first place.

Nice pic, very nice. At first I thought he might've been related to Portia from your Tear in Time fics, but after another look I see I was mistaken. Still, it's a very nice pic.

Re: Debate: Luna and Alex's Romance is Awesome or Creepy?

Nothing is mentioned about their children. In EB, one of the books in the Vane Library said they lived a long life together. They and the rest of their friends soon disappeared into the annals of history. I've seen nothing more on the subject since.

Re: Debate: Luna and Alex's Romance is Awesome or Creepy?

I never thought of it as creepy. As the game progresses, and they realize who they really are, it makes the romance much more believable. I mean Alex's main goal wasn't to save the world, but to save Luna. He just wound up saving the world in the process. My friend and I roleplayed the characters fo...

Re: Should Ghaleon rise again?

Yes, there's no need for him to return yet again. He definitely redeemed himself for his evil deeds in TSS. And in the end, he was finally able to smile again, something he couldn't do after Dyne's death. That was enough to bring him full circle. Of course, someone may else try to follow in the Magi...

Re: Silver Star Story being remade for PSP

Coolness! Now I have a reason to buy a PSP! I only bought one game, and didn't want to buy a whole system just for one game. But I'll buy one for two! Ironically, LUNAR DS was one of the reasons I bought the DS. Granted it sucked, but it was worth it for the DS. And should HSS come out over here, I ...

Re: Lunar: Eternal Sapphire [Some New News]

Hey folks, I've got some news. Due to lack of time and a variety of things. I have no choice but to put an end to the Eternal Sapphire Project. It's been fun through out the 3 years of working on the project, but all things must come to an end. Thanks for all the support through out the 3 years. ~Z...

Re: A Look at Some of the Old Concepts from Lunar: Eternal Blue

*goes to look* Oh gosh, that's so funny, Ramus with a monocle. I wonder if that means he's a wizard now, since it's common knowledge that all wizards wear monocles. Man, Alex REALLY let his hair down, and I couldn't imagine Luna showing off that much leg. Maybe she liked the Dark Goddess outfi...

Re: Fanfiction -- Lunar: Crimson Hope (32 chapters as of 10/2)

Yes, Tabren is definitely learning the hard way. Alex and Hiro never had to kill people for most of their quests. I hope he can overcome it, because the Burning Hand will have no qualms about killing him and the others for interfering with their plans. And now it looks like they were the ones pursui...

Not that I know of, you can probably still sign up by filling out the application form in this topic and sending it to Zophar's email. I doubt it should be a problem. Enjoy it, I definitely did.

Re: We all know GamePro is the worst magazine in history, but...

Just read it, and it was as inane as you said. I swear, since game designers discovered the polygon, I've seen so many people focusing on graphics, and little else. I hardly ever buy a game because it looks good, I want it to play good, too, and have a name I can trust, like LUNAR. Clearly, the revi...

Re: Fanfiction -- Lunar: Crimson Hope (28 chapters as of 8/7)

Okay, just read the chapter. Very interesting insight into the mind the supposedly "mad" Eairon. From the sound of it, he truly believed he was doing what was best for LUNAR. Unfortunately, Ghaleon believed the same thing, and we know what came of it. As Karl Marx once said, "The road...

I see no real problem, the purpose was to translate Walking School into English, wasn't it? And it's definitely looking promising. That upper right screenshot is perfect for Ant, who's always in a rush. It'll be great to finally play the game in English. I was disappointed that the transcript was ne...

Re: Fanfiction -- Lunar: Crimson Hope (27 chapters as of 7/24)

It's quite alright, I wasn't expecting a major confrontation or anything after what had just occurred. A little tea never hurt, it actually seemed to help more than anything else. Of course, now that the party is complete, the real struggle begins. I can tell a major confrontation is looming just ov...
