I'd imagine TMNT 4 will get a VC console release eventually. I mean, Castlevania & Ghosts'n Goblins went way out of order, so we don't necessarily need to wait for 2 & 3 to be released first.

The lag is the result of SE making their own PSX emulator. Turning up the processor speed of the PSP does nothing, & running the PSX game on Sony's emulator produces much better results.

Only the American release's cutscenes have VA, & I thought they were great.
