Re: Cutscenes & Gameplay Playlist on Youtube
Awesome, I just subbed. I've seen a few of these before, THANK YOU so much for not adding voice overs as almost every LP does. I just want to enjoy the game. I should get all my friends who only play the remake of L1 (or blasphemously don't play Lunar at all!) to watch these.Wish you would have kept...

Sega survey
https://enq.sega.jp/orca/PA99014021 It's in Japanese, but SEGA of Japan is asking fans what your favorite sega game is, fave sega character is, which franchise should sega ressurect, etc. Thought I'd let everyone know. And if anyone's curious (as SEGA doesn't own Lunar) I voted for Shining Force III...

Awesome, yup it works now, and thanks!GhaleonOne wrote:Sorry, been really busy as of late. I finally fixed it a while back. http://lunar-club.deviantart.com/journal/Lunar-Secret-Santa-2016-639254066 Hey, so if any Lunar artists/writers are interested, on DeviantART's Lunar-Club, we have a tradition of doing secret santa requests at the journal I just posted. I'm an admin of said club, so I'm spreadin' the word. If intere...

Toshiro Mifune
I've been on a Toshiro Mifune binge lately. I watched Seven Samurai, Yojimbo, Hidden Fortress, Ran, Kagemusha, over the past decade or so, and Throne of Blood, and Rashomon around the beginning of this year. Recently (previous 1-2 months) I saw Shinsengumi: Band of Assassins, The Birth of Japan, and...

Re: Jessica: strong female character or missed opportunity?
Also on Sega CD L1, Xenobia is a much more effective villain, who isn't only pining for Ghaleon, and does much of her own dirty work. Not to mention, the Althena religion on SCD L1 has preistesses, and on PS1/PSP L1 Phacia is the current high priestess. Again, you're confusing what I think of as tr...

Re: Jessica: strong female character or missed opportunity?
There's no way to say that Vane as it appears in Lunar 2 is due to Mia at the end of Lunar 1. A thousand years is a long time for such a change to occur. For instance, it could have succeeded for a while only to later lapse into obscurity. THIS. And I disagree about Lunar having overly traditional ...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f9y3XM3C7Wg I'm back...a short vid this time but I thought it was worth uploading. Also i mentioned this previously, eventually I would like to do a silly in-character Q&A. Please DON'T tell me your questions yet, but DO tell me if you have any to begin with. I'm ...

Re: OC Remix - Chronology: A Jazz Tribute to Chrono Trigger artwork
Nice art! My favorite is the middle one with the Epoch. I literally just finished Chrono Trigger for the 2nd time (in my first playthrough a couple years ago I couldn't get New Game+ for technical difficulties, this playthrough that issue was resolved) so this is very relevant to me right now. Again...

Re: Lunar's dragons origin in ancient Chinese cosmology?
Here you go. Silver dragon sketch.jpg The writing below the dragon says "Silver dragon [etc]". I'm not entirely sure of the last bit ("scene", maybe) but I'm pretty sure about the silver dragon part. This is from a 1991 magazine article that I've now scanned but need to reduce t...

I was looking at a Wikpedia article on Shenism/Chinese Folk Religion: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_folk_religion On thing struck me as interesting, in "Features-Gods of astral and terrestrial phenomena" (Bold my own): "Longshen (龙神 "Dragon Gods") or Longwang (龙王 &qu...

Re: Lunar & Grandia on Steam SOON!!
I got tired of waiting, and asked GungHo about the status of this potential Lunar game. They were about as helpful as GameArts (ie not very helpful at all.) Their response is below: "Greetings and thanks for contacting GungHo, Please keep in mind we cannot answer individual inquiries regarding ...
